A clever design, transforming an existing bland hard surface area, has given this elevated coastal front yard a plunge pool that is integrated into the garage slab below.  A submersible and hidden pool cover, allows for seamless connection of pool, deck and garden areas,whilst providing the pool safety requirements. 

Tough materials of timber, concrete and steel blend with hardy coastal plants to create a relaxed and open low maintenance roof top garden.

The back of the property opens up to a rising sandstone ledge. The area is small, however enough room for custom built in bbq cabinetry, providing the clients with a secondary entertaining area to the home. More shade tolerant plants were used in this cooler shaded area of the garden.
