Compact and very considered, this urban courtyard becomes an extension of the internal living spaces when opened up to the house. The green wall, planted out with Philodendron Xanadu, Neomarica gracilis and Limonium sinuatum provides a lush soft backdrop to this courtyard space.  

A built in bbq, bench and storage utilise valuable space and also makes the courtyard a practical entertaining area.

Then when doors are closed up, the courtyard wall becomes a living piece of artwork, to be viewed from indoors.
